Welcome to the Hope Animal Network Kim! I am a fellow San Diegan... btw... we're you exhibiting portraits at the recent Baja Animal Sanctuary fundraiser at Saks Fifth Avenue? Now for my standard welcome...
Although we've only been around since late October, we're already hosting ~400 people like you who are interested in supporting animal welfare in developing countries. Clearly, we have a long way to go--but you and your peers place a shining beacon of hope on a grim situation. Thank you for joining!
Getting started
Get started by checking out the community blogs. There are some great stories here and they will help familiarize you with the other members. Also, you can ask or answer questions in the discussion forums, check out the profiles of your peers in the community, or join a regional special interest group. And don't forget, all your preferences--including the ability to update your profile and change your contact settings at any time--are fully customizable.
If you have any questions or suggestions please don't hesitate to contact me anytime! I hope you will help to make this resource a valued asset for you and your peers by participating, and helping to grow the membership base through active promotion to your networks. This project has no other goal or benefit besides advancing the welfare of dogs and cats in Mexico.
